Advance Leadership Course

After I joined Foundation for Leadership Excellence I have realized everything about myself that made me decide to feel that I was renewed. I was wondering, what is this ALC? I was thinking, if FLEX helped me a lot with regards to my self awareness, what more with ALC? Last November 18-21, 2010 I joined the AlC seminar, I  found out that this seminar is about the beginning of taking off the sunglasses we learned about our personal mastery. This taught me to discover that specific glasses and how to removed them. And when I have removed the sunglasses that have affected into my entire life, It approached my business and my life into an entirely new way. The three days of experiences and exercises had helped me a lot  to overcome my belief systems that have prevented forward movement in my business. I also had the opportunity to address my experiences and circumstances that developed destructive belief systems. I had discovered those sunglasses I never knew I had and liberated from them.

That seminar was such a  BREAKTHROUGH. I had experienced a lot from this seminar such as:

• Freedom myself-imposed limitations.
• Completion on my past experiences that have been holding me back.
• How to recognize my “competing commitment” that is sabotaging my success.

Learning fundamental qualities of leadership and teambuilding, my experiences around leadership and teamwork in this training had tremendously influence how I lead and grow my downline. I had the opportunities to step into my natural leadership like never before.
When Icompleted the the seminar, I had no doubts about my abilities as a leader. I had the opportunity to experience the power of committed teamwork. I saw what can be created when people are willing to work as a team. In this training, I learned:

• Qualities that influence leadership.
• How to be a team leader and a team player.
• Powerful skills for communication.
• The power of keeping an agreement.
• How to remain grounded in the face of conflict, stress, or difficult circumstances.

Generally, this course had showed me the forward movement of my career as a Real Estate  Marketing Executive. It helped me breakthrough the beliefs systems so I can be a more effective business builder. I realized that if I would like to be active in my business, but feel paralyzed, Imight have a competing commitment that is more powerful than I know. That ALC enhanced my skills for leadership to meet my goal.
